What is this template?

Customer Health Visualization Pn Cx Account Distribution Pn Inspect it yourself here! This template shows Structify’s ability to work with your product data and put it in conversation with your customer data. This is essential for any good CX team or customer-facing PM, but silo’d data makes this process manual and time-consuming, if it’s not completely gated by a data team with way too much to do and way too little time in the data. What it does:
  1. Pulls in (sample) telemetry from a database and sample HubSpot data
  2. Connects account information with their relevant events
  3. Creates a customer health analysis
Make these problems a thing of the past, and start answering these questions with Structify:
  1. What is my current customer health looking like? Customer health is represented here by error and ‘rage-click’ data that we map into health scores
    1. Which customers are most affected by what issue, and which of these customers are my highest priority?
  2. What features are resonating with my highest paying customers?
  3. Where geographically are my customers, broken down by revenue?
